The Four Corners area consists of 54 acres surrounding the intersection of Valley View Lane and Josey Lane. Historically, this area has been the epicenter for retail activity. Over the last decade; however, this area has become under utilized and fallen into disrepair. To help encourage new development into the area, the City Council adopted a new conceptual master plan. The new plan, known as the Four Corners Vision Plan, was adopted by the City Council in May 2008.
This new Vision Plan is to serve as an amendment to the 1989 Comprehensive Plan for this specific 54 acre district within the City.
