Tax Increment Financing Districts
The City of Farmers Branch has established two Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts to help finance infrastructure in these key areas. TIF #1 is located west of Interstate 35E. TIF #2 is located east of I-35E near the Farmers Branch DART station. Refer to this link farmersbranch.dfwmaps.com to view a map of each TIF.
