Neighborhood Renaissance Program

The City of Farmers Branch Neighborhood Renaissance Program and the ongoing activities in Branch Crossing including the redevelopment of the Shops at Branch Crossing, are intended to achieve several interrelated objectives: to attract high-quality, new home construction and promote renovation of existing homes; to stabilize and improve the neighborhood in a manner that meets the needs of its residents; to build on attributes already present to create an even more attractive community for existing and potential homeowners; to help strengthen and foster a sense of community; to enhance the quality of life for the neighborhood’s residents; and to reflect and respect the individual values of the residents and property owners in the neighborhood.

Individuals interested in purchasing and developing the property addressed in the RFP below are invited to submit a proposal to the City of Farmers Branch by Friday, October 14, 2011.
