Sid Fuller
Chief of Police
Chief Sid Fuller joined the Farmers Branch Police Department on August 21, 2006 after serving 23 years with the Irving Police Department. He holds a Master of Arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University. Chief Fuller is a graduate of the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration Command College and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. David Hale
Deputy Chief of Police
Deputy Chief David Hale is the Commander over the Patrol Division which encompasses uniformed patrol, K-9 and S.W.A.T. Deputy Chief Hale has been proudly serving the citizens of Farmers Branch since 1994. Deputy Chief Hale is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Southwest Legal Institute of Police Supervision and the FBI National Academy. Deputy Chief Hale also holds a Master Peace Officer Certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education. Mark Young
Deputy Chief of Police
Deputy Chief Mark Young is the Commander over the Support Services Division. Deputy Chief Mark Young has been proudly serving the citizens of Farmers Branch since 1982. Deputy Chief Young is a Graduate of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas, the Southwestern Law Enforcement School of Police Supervision and the National FBI Academy. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Ethics from Dallas Christian College. He also holds the certification of Master Peace Officer from T.C.L.E.O.S.E.
