The Farmers Branch Public Works Department is responsible for trash collection, street maintenance, water and sewer operations.

Street Maintenance provides service and repair for concrete and asphalt streets, severe weather response, street sweeping, crack sealing, storm water drainage, maintenance, barricade maintenance, sidewalk repairs and pavement repairs for utility cuts. To report potholes, drainage issues and sidewalks in need of repair, please call 972.919.2597.

The Water and Sewer Operations Division is in charge of pumping and maintaining quality water, water distribution and sewer service, main repairs, service line maintenance, fire hydrant maintenance, plant operation, water meter reading and repairs and improvements to the water and sewer system.
