The Farmers Branch Yard of the Month Program is designed to encourage neighborhood beautification by rewarding homeowners for upkeep and landscaping of their yards. With the dividing lines at Valley View and Webb Chapel, four homeowners are recognized each month as Yard of the Month. Winners receive a $100 Turner Hardware Gift Certificate and a yard sign to display for one month that proclaims their yard as Yard of the Month.
