Trash should be placed out for pickup no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the day prior to your scheduled pick up.

Are garage sale signs allowed?
Yes, but signs may not be placed in street medians, street parkways (the grassy areas along streets between the curbs and sidewalks), alleys or on other public property. Signs may be set out one day in advance of the garage sale and must be removed the day following the sale.
How many garage sales are allowed per year?
Garage sales are allowed two times a year for no more than three consecutive days.
Can a RV/trailer be parked permanently at a residence?
Yes, an RV/trailer may be parked in the backyard on an improved surface or in the side yard on an improved surface if screened from public view. If property constraints preclude parking the vehicle in the rear or side yard, call 972.919.1414 for more information.
Who is responsible for taking care of a shared fence between two properties?
