The following property is presumed abandoned and subject to Title 6, Unclaimed Property, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.
By addressing an inquiry to the Chief Accountant of the City of Farmers Branch, P.O. Box 819010, Farmers Branch, TX 75381-9010, any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain information concerning the property; and a statement of the owner may present proof of the claim to the Chief Accountant and establish the owner's right to receive the property.
