OUR BADGE MEANS CARING

This my shield

I bear it before me into battle

But it is not mine alone

It protects my brothers and sisters

It protects my city

I will never let my brother or sister out of its shadow

Nor my city out of its shelter

I will die with my shield before me facing the enemy

OATH OF OFFICE

To reinforce our core values we take the oath  of office:

On my honor, I will never betray my profession, my integrity, my character or the public trust.  I will always have the courage to hold myself and others accountable for our actions.  I will always uphold the laws of my country, my community and the agency I serve.
