regular Tuesday Council Meeting after 5 p.m.
The entire City Council
information packet, including the agenda and all supporting
materials has been made available for download on this web page.
Please click on the following link to download the packet. Barring technical difficulties,
packets are available by 10 a.m. the Sunday before the meeting.
Requests
to place items on the City Council agenda are to be made in
writing, delivered to the City Secretary's Office in person, by
mail or by fax no later than 12 noon on the Wednesday preceding
any Council meeting. Requests for audio/visual presentations must
also be made in writing and conform to the same Wednesday at 12
noon deadline. Power Point presentations must be presented on City
of Farmers Branch computers via disk or CD. Requests should be
forwarded to the Office of the City Secretary, Farmers Branch City
Hall, 13000 William Dodson Parkway or at P.O. Box 819010, Farmers
Branch, Texas 75381. Fax number is 972-247-4836.
Full
coverage of City Council meetings is broadcast on live on FBTV,
cable channel 16 in Farmers Branch, beginning at 6 p.m. for
regularly scheduled City Council meetings. That coverage is
rebroadcast on FBTV according to the following schedule:
