A.1 Conduct 2003-04 Budget Workshop in City Council Chambers.

A.2 Discuss regular council meeting agenda items.

At approximately 6:00 p.m., the City Council will return to the Study Session room to conduct the remainder of the Study Session meeting.

A.3 Discuss Advisory Board Requests.

The Mayor announces that Council will convene into Executive Session. The meeting will reconvene into General Session after the items have been discussed in the Executive Session to consider any necessary action. Texas Government Code Chapter 551 of the Open Meeting Law provides that such items as personnel matters, land acquisition, and pending and contemplated litigation may be discussed in closed session.

Executive Session

The Council reconvenes into General Session.

B.1 Consider any necessary action on items discussed in the Executive Session.

B. 2 Adjournment.

City Hall is wheelchair accessible. A barrier free entry is available at the main entrance of City Hall with specially marked parking spaces nearby. The Council Study Session Room is accessible on the second floor of the City Hall, to the left side. Requests for language interpretation or other special services should be received three (3) working days prior to the meeting. Such requests can be made to Mrs. Cindee Peters, City Secretary at (972) 919-2503.
