A.0 Conduct Workshop to discuss West Side Plan.
At 3:00 p.m., a workshop will be conducted in the Study Session Room, lasting approximately one hour.
A.1 Discuss regular council meeting agenda items.
At approximately 4:00 p.m., following the workshop on the West Side Plan, the balance of the Study Session will begin in the Study Session Room.
A.2 Discuss Advisory Board Requests.
A.3 Conduct Workshop to discuss City finances.
A.4 Discuss Sister City Issues.
A.5 Discuss Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce funding and programming.
A.6 Discuss DART related issues.
A.7 Discuss legislative session.
A.8 Discuss Phase II Storm Water Management Plan.
A.9 Discuss status of environmental cleanup efforts at the former St. Stephens Dry Cleaners site located at 2788 Valwood Parkway.
The Mayor announces that Council will convene into Executive Session. The meeting will reconvene into General Session after the items have been discussed in the Executive Session to consider any necessary action. Texas Government Code Chapter 551 of the Open Meeting Law provides that such items as personnel matters, land acquisition, and pending and contemplated litigation may be discussed in closed session.

Discuss land acquisitions - Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
Discuss sale, lease or trade of City owned property at 13200 Nestle Street.
Discuss sale, lease or trade of City owned property in Branch Crossing at 2655 Mount View Drive.
Discuss pending and contemplated litigation - Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
Discuss Property Maintenance issues relative to the Commons at Valwood.
The Council reconvenes into General Session.
C.1 Consider necessary action on items discussed in the Executive Session.
C.2 Adjournment.
City Hall is wheelchair accessible. A barrier free entry is available
at the main entrance of City Hall with specially marked parking spaces nearby.
The Council Study Session Room is accessible on the second floor of the City
Hall, to the left side. Requests for
language interpretation or other special services should be received three (3)
working days prior to the meeting. Such
requests can be made to Mrs. Cindee Peters, City Secretary at (972) 919-2503.
