A.1 Discuss regular council meeting agenda items.
A.2 Discuss Advisory Board Requests.
Number 1. The Parks and Recreation Board recommends that Barney Wood be appointed to the position of Board Member Emeritus for the Parks and Recreation Board.
Number 2. The Library Board requests that the City Council correspond with State elected officials regarding pending legislative action affecting public libraries.
A.3 Discuss status of the Courtyards residential development located at the southwest corner of Marsh Lane and Valley View Lane.
A.4 Discuss Report Concerning Traffic/Pedestrian Stops.
A.5 Discuss St. Stephens Dry Cleaner environmental cleanup project.
A.6 Discuss Legislative issues.
The Mayor announces that Council will convene into Executive Session. The meeting will reconvene into General Session after the items have been discussed in the Executive Session to consider any necessary action. Texas Government Code Chapter 551 of the Open Meeting Law provides that such items as personnel matters, land acquisition, and pending and contemplated litigation may be discussed in closed session.

B. 1 Discuss land acquisitions - Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
Discuss sale, trade or lease of City owned property or acquisition of property located in the area known as Old Farmers Branch.
B. 2 Discuss Economic Development - Texas Government Code Section 551.087.
Discuss Economic Development Incentive and Sales Agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company concerning two tracts of land north of Valley View Lane and on the east side of Denton Drive.
B. 3 Discuss pending or contemplated litigation - Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
Discuss status of environmental cleanup efforts at the former St. Stephens Dry Cleaners site located at 2788 Valwood Parkway.
The Council reconvenes into General Session.
C.1 Consider necessary action on items discussed in the Executive Session.
C.2 Adjournment.

at the main entrance of City Hall with specially marked parking spaces nearby.
The Council Study Session Room is accessible on the second floor of the City
Hall, to the left side. Requests for
language interpretation or other special services should be received three (3)
working days prior to the meeting. Such
