Call meeting to Order.

Consider adopting Resolution No. 2003-070 authorizing the City Manager to
execute a Commercial Lease Agreement for the lease of the city-owned facility at
500 Huffines Boulevard, Lewisville, Texas and take appropriate action.
A.3
Consider adopting Resolution No. 2003-072 authorizing the City Manager to
execute an agreement between the City of Farmers Branch and First Commercial
Realty, LLC for the lease management of city-owned property at 500 Huffines
Boulevard, Lewisville, Texas and take appropriate action.
A.4 Adjournment.
City Hall is
wheelchair accessible. A barrier free entry is available at the main entrance of
City Hall with specially marked parking spaces nearby. The Council Chamber is
accessible on the main floor of the City Hall, to the left side. Requests for
language interpretation or other special services should be received three (3)
working days prior to the meeting. Such requests can be made to Mrs. Cindee
