Too Many Vehicles/Overcrowding


The total number of vehicles that can be stored or parked at your residence cannot exceed five, or less depending upon the number of vehicles that can be parked on the property or directly adjacent to the property.  To learn more about the City regulation's on vehicle parking, click on the following link.  Code of Ordinances

Every room designed or used as a room for sleeping purposes in your home shall have a minimum area of not less than 70 square feet.  When more than one person occupies a room used for sleeping, the rate increases 50 square feet per occupant.  No more than two people over the age of 12 can occupy a room used for sleeping purposes.  To learn more about the City's regulations on overcrowding, click on the following link.
