Inoperable vehicles detract from neighborhood appearance and are
considered a nuisance. Inoperable vehicles may not be parked
or stored out in the open in Farmers Branch. A vehicle that
does not have a valid license registration; valid inspection
sticker; is wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled; has one
or more flat tires; or any combination of the above is considered
an inoperable vehicle. An inoperable vehicle may be stored
in an enclosed garage.
A vehicle that is allowed to remain inoperable for more than 45
days may be considered a junked vehicle and subject to being
removed and destroyed.
