Mondays
8:15-9 am
All levels welcomed.      
Gain balance, core strength, flexibility, and increased functionality for an active lifestyle. Some floor exercises will be done, using mats.


Silver Sneakers Yoga   


Tuesdays & Thursdays
9 - 9:45 am
All levels 
Integrate strength, balance, and flexibility with modifications for everyone. You will learn to meditate also to quiet your mind. Mats furnished.

Be inspired to thrive in our balance class that fuses strength and balance training, functionality, and flexibility. Chairs are used to ensure safety and to allow for modifications.

No Exercise Classes December 21 - January 1



Level 1 = Beginner or for those with limitations
Level 2 = Intermediate
Level 3 = Advanced

Thinkabilities - All Levels
Mondays 9:15 - 10 am
Fun exercises to boost brain power and memory retention  like puzzles, games and memory challenges. Learn about enhancing your internal aids to strengthen your memory retention

Stretch & Flex - Level 1
Tuesdays 3 - 4 pm
This beginner exercise class can be done from a chair and focuses on conditioning and improving
strength, balance and flexibility.

Strong and Balanced - Level 1 & 2
Tuesdays 10 - 11 am & Thursdays 3 - 4 pm
This gentle exercise program focuses on improving balance, bone density and confidence with no
floor exercises. Each class ends with relaxation and breathing exercises.

Stretch and Strength - Levels 2 & 3
Mondays 8:15 - 9 am
Class consists of stretching, toning, weight training & yoga, all combined together in this fun,
motivating class that helps increase strength and flexibility.
 
Power Walking - All Levels
Tuesdays & Fridays 8:15 - 9 am
Walk to motivating music in the multi-purpose room using weights, stretch bands and various arm
& leg movements to pump up your walking routine. Builds cardio-vascular strength and bone density.

Yoga - All Levels
Tuesdays & Fridays 9 - 9:45 am
Strengthen muscles, improve balance, flexibility and learn to focus and relax in this 30 minute class
that follows Power Walking. Learn this ancient practice that suites every fitness level.

Fitness Equipment Orientation - All Levels
Tuesdays 11 am
Learn to use the exercise equipment safely and get the most out of each workout. Schedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Beginner Tai Chi - All Levels  No Fee
Mondays 10 am & Wednesdays 2 pm

This ancient Chinese martial art form often is referred to as the practice of "meditation in motion." Tai Chi promotes serenity and relaxation through gentle, flowing movements. And there is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health.
